The home is near an active railroad tracks, but earplugs were available for any light sleepers. We were not disturbed by the trains, but a gentle caution for light sleepers."

"This was a great place to stay if you need access to Knoxville and also want to play some at Sevierville or Pigeon Forge. Even a day hike at the Smokies. Only thing that would be a suggestion is another option for comfortable seating besides the couch. We had a great stay for our son’s PhD graduation ceremony! "
