"The breakfast in the morning was not good at all. The room was clean and comfortable. They made me pay for a water bottle and parking which is honestly ridiculous. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"The breakfast was great! The staff was professional and courteous. Parking was convenient and felt safe. The only think I was disappointed in was that the pool was closed due to mechanical difficulties. I believe when that happens a refund of some minimal amount should be offered. When I booked the pool supposedly had no problems."

"The suite was reasonably priced abd the room was amazing!Two bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances, utensils, gadgets, paper towel etc."

"The lampshade near the bed was broken and hanging off the frame. There was no working phone in the room to call the desk. When had to change rooms because in the first room the television didn’t work and again no phone. No one ever checked to see if we needed more towels. We were there for 4 days and never saw a sold. I would not recommend. It has not been kept up. It was nice at one time but I think it changed hands"

"Bathroom was clean but toilet did not flush well. Beds were comfortable and clean but carpeting was dirty, sheets and duvet had holes in them, all in all the place needed to be more carefully cleaned!!! On the highway 46, trees and brush needs to be cut down so the entrance is visible. If you miss the entrance, there is a LONG way to go to try to get back to hotel. Towels were clean but frayed and very used. Outside of hotel just needs to be cleaned well. No trash around but not well cleaned....

"Everything was great only thing I will say is the guy that checks the pool at night did have a slight attitude because we were a little behind on time when the pool was closing we literally just didn’t know what time it was. Also there were stains on the cushions on the couch I also realized we were sneezing a lot in the room first thought were it must have been a dog in there. "We booked a non-smoking jacuzzi room, but the first room smelled strongly of musty old smoke the second we opened the door. We had to leave immediately. Since it was late, nearby hotels had no availability, so we had no choice but to switch rooms. The replacement room was a downgrade, and the hotel offered no apology, discount, or compensation. "Photos of the property are definitely deceiving. I was expecting a hotel but it was a motel. The "breakfast" was bread to make toast and some sketchy-looking sausages. No coffee. The staff was nice and it was fine for a night, but I was disappointed with the overall experience."
