"I’m pretty sure the room was flooded at one point or something but I’ll get back to that… First the door wouldn’t open. So down three flights of stairs to get the key reprogrammed only for it still to not open. The front desk agent who was very sweet came and opened it and said she had to put in a request for it to be fixed.
The room itself was horrible. Mold. Soft floor. Literal patches of wood and cracked tiles with poor patch work because they still moved... so did the toilet.
