"My stay was great. There were two drawbacks. When checking in I utilized the guest bathroom. There were two German roaches running around in the bathroom (this hotel is in a costal town, so the city is prone to these pests). The second issue was with my room door. I was assigned a room that was designed for a handicap individual. I had no issue with being assigned this room. My issue was with the doors locking mechanism. It took me 7 minutes to be able to get the door open. The lock would up,...

"It was my understanding that this was on the beach but it was actually 2 blocks away. The breakfast only goes until 0930 but I was on vacation and did not want to get up that early."

"El señor de recepción muy amable pero prácticamente está solo. El hotel está muy sucio. No teníamos jabón de cuerpo ni de manos literal ni salía cuando nos queríamos bañar. Somos 4 personas así hice la reserva y había 3 toallas. La vista del cuarto está bonita y el hotel tiene buena ubicación pero la limpieza y mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. "
