"A clean and comfortable hotel close to the airport. It's in a small area which is undergoing a fair amount of construction, but stiil, it's walkable and there are several places to eat, and also a couple of nice supermarkets. Because it's close to the airport there's obviously a lot of flight traffic, hence noise. It's a good hotel though, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"The property is clean and the staff were very helpful and courteous. However, the property in general could use some minor land scape care. Some immediate attention is needed towards the propert bathroom perhaps was missed or ignored. Overall the short stay was pleasant and enjoyable with out any major issues. Again the staff were wonderful. "

"The hotel experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke, despite our concerns about air quality — especially since one of my children has asthma. When we inquired about whether the room was smoke-free, the staff misunderstood and thought we were asking if we could smoke, to which they enthusiastically replied, “Absolutely, go ahead.” To make matters worse, the beds were infested with bed bugs. We were seriously worried about the health and safety of my wife and our three children. We had originally booked a 6-night stay, but after just one night, we felt forced to leave for the safety and well-being of our family. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund the unused nights despite the unacceptable conditions. This experience was both distressing and unacceptable."

"The hotel is very good. The room was well cleaned and the products were of good quality. The staff were very polite and helpful especially the gentleman who helped us with luggage and parking the car. The location is good as well, near to a big shopping centre."
