It was a cheap hotel... It was as I expected. The overall building could do with some maintenance and clean up. But the beds were fresh and clean. The air con worked. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If your happy for a cheap hotel this is fine, but don't expect luxury.

Great hotel. I wasn’t aware that I had booked a Japanese style room with bed (futon) on the floor and no en-suite. Upgraded on arrival. Nice location’

Moderate price hotel with 5 stars comfort

Nice hotel for short stay and overnight. Room conditions meet my expectations although aircond seems not cool enough. Surrounding area is acceptable (away from pubs / night clubs) but traffic sounds sometimes might cause discomfort as this hotel located next to an expressway. Overall good.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 days per month for several years. This is an older hotel that is very well kept and superbly managed. They have held the same room for me most of the time. In my experience they really care for there patrons and do the best they can to accomodate their needs.

Aircond malfunction, tv remote battery out , toilets smells and got worms coming out from floor.

Nice hotel and convenient for foods.

Is my second time visiting this hotel for celebrating my special occasion with my wife. Found is a nice hotel and convenient for food especially both of us like to eat. The most important the cleanliness of the room and hotel environment so far is satisfying.

The room size is ok, rather comfortable for couple staying. However, we are quite disappointed on the water pressure in the toilet. The water pressure is very weak that can't flush the toilet properly and the water heater can take work properly as well.

Actually this hotel have standard room but not in the hotels.com .the Japanese room is without toilet.

please highlight that that the toilet for standard room is communal toilet. for the room rates offered around these area is considered not competitive. also should be highlighted, they do offer spa, sauna services in cooperation with a spa establishment next door. however, it is only for one pax.

I will recommend you to take the standard room instead of booking the japananese room as that is for ppl who use it to make love and not toothbrush provided in this room.

Off Peak To Stay Hotel

Reception guy is helpful. Cafe serves delicious food. Hot water shower room with washing basin, but no toilet. Shower door not tight, water leaks out easily. Corridor and staircase carpeting make the hotel stand out. The two toilets outside are well maintained and clean.

Small hotel in Klang

The hotel is small but comfortable. The staffs were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, there is no fitness facility and the breakfast choices for oversea visitors very limited. As a whole, it is a OK hotel.

Tried Standard Rooms. Good Value.

I initially stayed in the Japanese Rooms. Then, I moved to the Standard rooms which are RM118/night. Standard rooms were better than Japanese rooms. Sound doesn't travel into the rooms as easily as the Japanese rooms & there is a ensuite in the rooms.

Japanese room

I stayed 4 nights in the Japanese room. It's small but it's clean & bed is comfortable. Toilet is down the corridor & not too much of a hassle to reach. Rooms are not exactly soundproof so noisy neighbours could disturb sleep.

Japanese room

The japanese room has no toilet !! It has only hot shower. There is only one toilet shared outside with all the other rooms. Not good.

숙면할 수 없는 호텔

호텔 직원들의 서비스는 문제가 없었으나 청결도 와 호텔 위치적으로 문제가 있었다. 화장실에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔고 내가 머문 방은 고속도로쪽 창가방이라 잠을 잘 수 없을 정도로 시끄러웠다. 다시는 숙박하기 시른 호텔이다.

ビジネスホテルとしてなら十分

中華料理と現地の食事が主体だが、ホテルにレストランがあった。周辺も食事可能であり、日本食レストランも1軒あった。また、近くにイオンショッピングモールも有り（中島水産が有り、すしも持ち帰り可能）、買い物も歩いて行ける点が良い。高速道路に面しているので、多少車の走行音が気になった。インターネットはyoutubeを見ることは可能であったがそれほど速くない。テレビはローカルがほとんどで、英語の映画chはあったが、CNN等ニュース専用chは無く、もちろん日本語の番組は無かった。部屋にはシャワーがあるがバスタブは無い(DELUXE)。レンタカーがある場合、ホテルに駐車場が無い様なので、目の前の駐車場に止めることになる様であった（送迎してもらったので、良くわからない。）。シャンプーや歯ブラシ、ひげそり、スリッパ等もあり、ビジネスホテルとしては、十分であった（ガウン等は無し）。
