"Mindent összevetve nagyon elégedettek vagyunk. Egy családi szobát vettünk ki egy éjszakára 4 főre. A szoba megfelő méretű volt, a bőröndök elfértek akár kinyitva is az előtérben. A szoba tiszta, az ágynemű jó illatú, frissen mosott. A fürdő kicsi de ötletesen kialakított és minden igényt kielégít. A WC külön ajtóval zárható, amit mi különösen jó megoldásnak tartunk. A matracok megfelelő keménységűek, a függönyök az éjszakai alváshoz teljesen elhúzhatók, ami a sötétben aludni vágyóknak...

"I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. "

"This hotel is more a series of rooms with a brief front desk that is available from 4PM - 8PM. Rooms are spacious, but basic. There is Breakfast on offer. But lunch, and no dinner. And also no bar. Therefore you need a car if you are staying here. There are 2 restaurants available in walking distance (approx. 15 mins) and an infrequent public bus / train service which if you miss a bus, wait an hour. Miss a train, wait an hour. "Great hotel just outside the center of Innsbruck. Easy to walk or bike to the center. The rooms were spacious and had well equipped kitchens. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful with tips for hiking and sightseeing. I was sad to leave!"

"Celebrated an anniversary and birthday while staying at the Waxenstein. An anniversary card and chocolates in our room and a special birthday breakfast table with champagne for my wife’s birthday. All unexpected but greatly appreciated. No doubt our future trip to Grainau will include a stay at the Waxenstein."
