The elevator malfunctions, there's many stains on the carpet in the hallway, and the doors are all heavy doors that lock automatically. So in the morning I heard over 15 people slamming their doors shut instead of gently closing their doors. The staff are very friendly."

The mattresses are so old and worn out I couldn't sleep. Ended up leaving and booking another hotel for the last night of my trip just so I could get some rest."
