This hotel is right of the jr station, which made it super convenient. It’s also located next to a bunch of malls and it’s a really great place to check out the city. It’s also right off the monorail, so you can jump on it to check out the rest of the prefectures. The room size was large as well, which was great. Easy check in.

Wonderful accommodation with laundry on every floor and easy access to JR station. The gem is the Izakaya on the ground floor with a delicious assortment of food to choose from.

The location of the hotel is excellent for access to Kokura Station (the hotel sits atop the station). The hotel is also atop one department store (AMU plaza), and across the street from another (Saint City). AMU had better dining options on the 6th floor than Saint City's options on its upper floor. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies working the breakfast buffet.

Hotel is JUST ABOVE the station Super convenient !!! Room size is big with nice metro-running view (but not noisy all all) The side entrance is just beside Starbucks and very easy to locate. Restaurants, shopping malls and supermarket are in the same building. Walkable to the castle, market and anime building. Highly recommended if it s your first time to Kokura.

Good stay! The downside is I booked and paid extra fees for a room for 4 people but the front desk said only 2 water bottles is provided. His statement clearly did not make sense since I paid extra fees for the room. Also, the breakfast buffet strongly need a major improvement. It was consistently the same food and drink during our 5 days stay.

Very convenient located station and nice view. But parking can be difficult to find as there is no lobby concierge at ground floor. Overall nice & spacious room and will definitely recommend to stay here.

Was at the top floor (#16) hence would be bias to consider the room as quiet. But nothing beats the convenience, especially when making trips to Mojiko, Karato market, Outlet mall etc.

The breakfast buffet was monotonous and repetitive. There was no safe provided in the room. While the location is superb, it's not an ideal place for an extended stay.

Our first room was small and tight with all our bags. One side of the bed was against the wall and was not easy to get out off when I needed to use the bathroom. We got a larger room with 2 beds and it was great. The staff was very helpful.
