"4 of us stayed here for 5 nights. The place was clean spacious, and had everything we needed. The bathroom/shower layout was very good for a group of 4, one could shower while another could use the toilette. It was comfortable sleeping on the beds and the AC worked well. The location is a 15 minute walk from 4 train lines which was useful but also you had to walk 15 minutes to the nearest one. "

"Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom. "

"Great apt hotel ! Fit the 4 of us nicely and has a balcony!!! You can see Tokyo tree from balcony! About 15-20 min walk to Tokyo tree but only 6 min walk to Asakusa station. Friendly staff. Easy check in check out. Highly recommend ! "

"This was an excellent location for our short holiday and we were really pleased to move between here and their other hotel in Kyoto. Be aware that the stairs really are quite steep so if you’re not nimble then this might not be the place for you but in terms of location, it was really nice. It also doesn’t have much of a kitchen so don’t expect to do any cooking, however realised excellent Ramen in Tokyo is but a walk away! "

"1 train stop away from everything you need - or a 15-20min walk! Wouldn't have been ideal if you're heading in and out a lot but we were out one in the morning and back at night and it was great. "

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
