"Staff was extremley helpful and professional. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. Our room was clean and ac was cold. We had the family swuit room. Hotel location is great, in between 2 stations and close to everything. Will Rent this place again shortly. "

"Excellent landing spot for our family of four on our first trip to Tokyo. Just the right amount of cooking supplies for breakfast in the room. This is in a quiet area of Ueno and very walkable to transit and small grocery shops nearby. Ueno Park was a great chill way to start getting acclimated to Tokyo. "

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
