"Balls Deep have several cabins. We stayed in number 3 which was a one bedroom cabin. It was wonderful. Had everything we needed: shower and bath, separate toilet with the cutest wash basin on top: you have to see it: you wash your hands and the water then fills the cistern! The bedroom was huge with heaps of extra bedding and options to have 2 extra separate beds in addition to the king size we used. "The staff and management team is very hospitable and friendly. Particularly Staff Anna whose service is commendable. She went all the way out to help me. I was down with flu and she drove me to the clinic, helped me talk to the nurse in Japanese and ensured everything went well. After my medical consultation, she drove from hotel to the clinic to fetch me back. I really appreciate her helpfulness and hospitality "
