"Customer service was horrible , accessibility to the pools was bad . The property is difficult to navigate and the front desk people are not much help - they all seemed irritated. And you have to deal with aggressive Timeshare solicitation in order to receive your parking pass for the property, they will not take no for an answer . Definitely not what you’d expect based off of the pictures and the reputation of the Hilton brand . "
