"A superb hotel with luxurious features (common and private parts) and English-speaking receptionists (other staff: not so much). Located between the core centres of Osaka Namba and Umeda, its high rise and rooftop hot baths offer sublime views of the city. All amenities and equipment are top notch. The breakfast buffet looked a tad simple for a hotel that size, but quality is adequate."

"Very clean room. Nicely appointed with modern style. Mattresses were much too soft for my liking and actually slid around the bed. Great water pressure for shower. Complimentary beverages were great. Laundry is available on site but because of the combo washer/dryer design, clothes just didn’t come out dry. Nice exercise room with high end equipment."

"Clean room but need to remove shoes at the hotel entrance & store at locker, free ramen at 9pm to 11pm, staff friendly, free jelly but breakfast need take queue during peak hours "

"Clean room! Free washing and drying machines. They have a wonderful welcome lounge with snacks,drinks, and coffee. Perfect place to stay Dotonbori is less than a 2 minute walk. Also they provide free bags and a vacuum sealing machine which made it easier to take our souvenirs and stuffed animals we won! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!"
