"I went to check in and there were two children boys about ages 13 and 8! Bad sign. Checkin was long. They finally gave me key. I walked to the room and there was a half eaten birthday cake, clothes thrown on the floor, beds unmade. I was in shock! I told them I want my money back and they said they can"t do that because I paid online. I am never going back thete. They offered me another room but i declined!"
