"Overall a very good nice hotel and (mostly) friendly staff. Only thing we really disliked was the breakfast „experience“. After ordering we waited 45 minutes for 2 cafe latte. My friend even had finished his breakfast before we received the coffee. No apologies from the staff after I asked, she simply said „understaffed“ and walked away, which seemed very unmotivated and unprofessional. Besides that, everything was great."

"We’ve just had a wonderful stay with our two dogs. From the initial booking to follow up messages everything was handled well. On arriving late we were met by the restaurant manager and shown to our room which was very nice. Needs a little bit of maintenance on the old windows so that they all be open but otherwise all was good. Breakfast was excellent and served in the bar so our dogs could be with us. Similarly we had evening dinner in the garden room. The grounds are lovely with lots of walks...

"The room (4) looked like it had seen better days, especially the shower room which was quite dull and needs some TLC or a complete refit. Air conditioning was noisy in this room particularly and there is a significant dip on the mattress which needs changing as it’s quite a state. Made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.
We were aware of the club downstairs but it didn’t bother us.
Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant and bar lovely as were the staff."

"The hotel is far from city center but the best part is that right outside is a tram that takes you close to all the attractions. Check in was a little frustrating as we got there a little early and our room was not ready at 3pm, I had to go to the front desk and ask multiple times when our room would be ready.The remainder of our stay was great"
