"Absolutely superb hotel! From check-in to check-out, the service at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai was unbelievable. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay. We had access to the Executive Lounge, which was incredible — excellent food, delicious drinks, and attentive staff who made the experience extra special. The team consistently offered great recommendations for local dining, shopping, and cultural experiences, which made exploring Bangkok even more enjoyable. The location is perfect — just a short walk to MBK and other major shopping malls, and directly connected to the BKK Airport Rail Link, making travel to and from the airport so convenient. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be recommending it to everyone we know. In my opinion, you couldn’t find a better place to stay in Bangkok!"

"The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of Bangkok. The staff were incredible! I had some difficulties with a food delivery service I used, and the staff personally took care of it, and found the delivery man several streets away! The Quarter Ari is located conveniently near great restaurants, coffee shops, and the local BTS train system."

"Breakfast was really good. A full array of menu selections. A good egg cook. Multiple coffee stations. Housekeeping was punctual and efficient. Front desk was helpful and informative also efficient. Doormen were very accommodating. I only have two minor complaints. 1- hot water didn’t work all the time 10-15% of the time. 2- jacuzzi at the pool was actually colder than the pool. Minor inconveniences I will be back and I would recommend this establishment "
