"Top complex, facilities, staff and all around experience"

"I used to choose this hotel every time I visited Jordan, and it was always my first choice. I have stayed there seven times, but this was by far the worst experience. I was very disappointed because the service has declined significantly. The staff were not helpful at all. There was no friendliness, no smiles, and no willingness to assist. "The Staff was fabulous but the grounds were understaffed. The restaurants were at the local mall, and the walk was difficult for my elderly mother. You could Uber to the mall however. It was a low guest count and the staff seemed low in number so the grounds were not as clean as the other hotels around the dead sea. The room was impeccable however. The childrens pool area had some rusty parts on the slide. But the water was clean and the amenities were very fun. "

"Although the staff was mainly local, they need training to deal with visitors. We had dinner at Fairouz restaurant, but the charged us extra for water. No soft drinks were served"

"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"Overordbet havde vi et rart ophold og et sted vi godt kunne besøge igen. Til prisen var lokationen god. Poolområdet var godt og vi brugt både vores morgen og aftener der. Lille kørertur, det dødehav, cafeer og minimarket. Vi var nok uheldig med naboerne som havde en fest til langt ud på natten. Små forbedringer kunne gør det helt i top. -Bedre rengøring, særlig i køkkenet. - Myggenet på altendør var ikke monteret og derfor var der mange myg i soveværelset. "

"Decent hotel not too far from AMM airport. Hotel front door downstairs is not easy to find when you first arrive so it is on the right side of building. I parked in a dirt parking lot down the right side of hotel. No elevator so be prepared to take your luggage up a couple flights of stairs. We rented a family room with a balcony but door was locked with a key they couldn’t find so we couldn’t use balcony. Loud prayer speaker outside windows. "Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."

"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude!
