"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! The property was beautiful, but the room had a mildew smell and the bathrooms were odd where the toilet was not in the same room as the sink or the shower."

"It's a beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are huge and comfortable. There are two restaurants on the property, plus room service available. It is located about 20 minutes from the airport. I was able to use Expedia message with the property to arrange transportation from/to the airport for 25JOD each way. Once you arrive there isn't a lot nearby. There is an Icon entertainment center you could probably walk to (or a cheap ride). It's showing some age. In our room (125) the shower showed a lot of wear with rust and broken tiles. Also, there is no alcohol allowed on the property."
