"This hotel was amazing! The staff was incredibly helpful, patient and so welcoming. Josip at the front desk was exceptional and helped us immensely! Cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10 and our room was perfect with heated floors, automatic window shades, giant bed and very quiet. Dining at the restaurant inside the hotel is a MUST!! "The room was very clean and serviced daily during our stay. The free mini bar was a nice touch. Only small thing is that the A/C was not very cold and we ended up just opening the windows most nights "

"What can I say this hotel was outstanding!!! The best part was the manager Kai. my husband and I were having challenges fining out where to buy train tickets. If you can believe he took the time to walk with end to the main train station and showed us step by step what to do. We cannot thank him enough. Truly his amazing customer detective made our trip. Also, the cleanliness and the rest of the staff were great too. When going to Munich make sure to stay at the Ruby Rosi!!!"

"This hotel is really beautiful. The room amenities were over the top and staff was great. Walking distance to shopping but also some lovely quiet neighborhoods and parks. We only had one night and wished for a longer stay! "
