Great hotel apart from the beds. Springs creaking every time you moved. Cleanliness was very good. The food was excellent.

One of Kilmarnocks qbest hotels
The hotel is modern and the staff are so professional and friendly i have stayed at this hotel a few times and will definitely be staying again

We have stayed at The Park quite a few times. The breakfast and is excellent, dinner was great. The rooms are nice and well kept. My only negative, is that the beds are ok, not overly comfortable, but ok. But the pillows are terrible, one was very flat and the other was even worse. Please get some better pillows, it makes a big difference.

Mediocre
Room was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. It was an ‘accessible’ room, so had various assistance equipment in the bathroom & a low sink which was a bit annoying when you’re able bodied. We found a glass in a cupboard with the dregs of a drink it it which was growing a fungus so had clearly been there for some time. And the bath Rob was in a plastic bag which was so grotty looking I didn’t want to touch it. Other than that it was ok. Oh and breakfast, only regular pot of coffee on offer, who doesn’t offer latte or cappuccino in these days!

Our room was great cozy and comfortable. Had food I pavilion was lovely. Wasn’t too impressed with breakfast no tattie scone even when advertised with, beans extra the smallest poached egg I’ve ever seen which was over cooked I personally didn’t think worth £15.09

Nice hotel
New clean hotel. Well organised. My only gripes are that they'd put a king sized mattress on 2 single bed bases. This resulted in the matress having a central dip up the middle, even though the bases were pushed together tightly. It was quite uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Also, we were on the ground floor. The ceiling must be quite hollow and we could hear the footsteps of the people in the room above, it seemed as though they were stomping about late at night and early morning. I would suggest you ask for an upstairs room when you book. Otherwise its a modern clean hotel and we would go back. Easy parking and its right next to Kilmarnock's football stadium, a good base to explose the Lowlands.

Well presented modern hotel with car park and good facilities. The staff made it an excellent experience with their friendliness and good humour. I think it would be prudent to point out that when Kilmarnock play at home, their ground is adjacent to the hotel and the access roads to the hotel are closed for 1 hour and there are slather number of supporters drinking in the Joel before kick off. It did not spoil it for me but others may not be so accepting. I did eat in the restaurant and the food and service were exemplary.

Short stay
The hotel is very comfortable and clean. We had asked for a twin room, but were given a double. It is worth checking the details of the reservation as the request for a twin room was on there. The beds were very comfortable despite this. We would have liked a fridge in the room as we had food for our return journey. Breakfast was wonderful on our first day, but we were unable to have breakfast on our second morning as we didn’t want a full restaurant meal and the bar breakfast was not open till later on. Instead, we asked for a (very prompt) taxi, and got breakfast at the station. Hotel staff were all very courteous and professional. We enjoyed our stay, and our negatives were minor.
