We were close enough to walk downtown to the River Walk, the Pearl Historic Brewing Co., and many great restaurants. We had a good stay, but immediately upon arrival you will realize that there are many rules to abide by or you will lose your deposit. It became a running joke between all of us during our stay. "The room was absolutely beautiful. I had trouble finding the entrance because of the construction and the front desk worker stayed on the phone with me while I drove there with my son so we didn’t get lost again. It was SO NICE. The room had beautiful windows and I want whatever matress they have in there because it was the best sleep! We could walk to the Alamo in about 30 seconds and the riverwalk in about 2 minutes. The breakfast was insane for a hotel (SO GOOD). We loved our stay. I didn’t want to leave!"

"This is our second stay here. Loved the place the first time we stayed. So of course we had to stay again. And just as expected, it was another wonderful stay. That signature scent as soon as you walk in to welcome you. Lobby staff excellent. Bartenders excellent. Restaurant staff excellent. And cleaning staff excellent. We will probably make this our place everytime we go to the riverwalk."

"Excellent location on Riverwalk! Breakfast delicious so much to choose from. 530 evening drinks and food was excellent, once again so much to choose from. Rooms were excellent, staff extremely friendly and you can walk to the Alamo 4 blocks. I valet my car overnight for 43.00 well worth it! I will be back again."

"The property was nice and mostly clean. My shower did have some hair so that was a bit gross. My fridge was not working properly. The AC didn’t seem to freshen up the room according to its setting. I did not feel comfortable using the public parking next-door. I had the hardest time with valet parking. They process payment and requesting of vehicle through an app, though it seems to breakdown every day. Even though I had previously requested my vehicle, I still had to tell the staff to go get my vehicle. If not, they would not go get it. One of the days I came back like at 11:20 PM and there was no valet available. Keep in mind I was coming back, meaning that had I needed to go out at that time, I would not be able to get my vehicle. The most I waited for my vehicle was about 45 minutes. And on top of that it was about $153 for three nights. Pretty pricey for the poor service. The night setting is loud. You can hear everything through the walls. Music and street traffic mostly. Over all the stay was good."
