"We did not have a very good experience for two reasons: 1. The front desk staff wasn’t very kind. We tried to buy a water bottle paying with quarters and said he wouldn’t “be taking a handful of coins”. 2. Our reservation in Expedia clearly stated a 12pm checkout which was specifically one of the reasons we chose that hotel. It wasn’t until upon check-in that the staff shared Expedia had a mistake and actual checkout was at 11am. While I understand there might be updates to these terms, they...

"What a fun night. We stayed at the hotel and saw a show at the North Shore center for the arts "

"Overall a good Airport Hotel, good value. Disappointed with shuttle service; we had to wait 45 minutes on the kerb at O'Hare. I called reception 3 times to check on the whereabouts of the shuttle but they simply said "it wont be long" Otherwise very good value."

"This hotel felt pretty dated! We stayed here a few years back and it’s really declined. The button to the elevator was hanging halfway off the wall, carpets were dirty, lights in the room would only work part of the time, the heat wouldn’t turn on, and the pool was so cold we could only swim for a few minutes. The staff was very accommodating with getting a room to watch planes, but overall cleanliness level was pretty poor. "

"The breakfast was amazing and staff were great overall. Be aware that the parking is a little expensive 40$ a day. The bottle waters sold there are crazy as well. Those two changes or adjustments and it would get my 5 starts "
