"We felt like family - the staff was courteous, helpful and we lacked nothing. The spa treatments were professional and were just what we needed after a long day of traveling. The food was delicious- we even had a cooking class and ate the food that was cooked in front of us. I cannot wait to replicate the recipes here at home. "

"Property is old and there seems to be poor ventilation in the rooms specially washroom as they have a heavy smell. Rooms and washrooms are not clean and mattress, pillows needs to be changed they are dirty and very old, not comfortable. Did not like what seemed as a good stay online. No toiletries or tea kettle in the room. "

"The property is beautiful, located amidst nature, quiet and peaceful. Staff were excellent in their assistance and nature- very helpful, particularly Robin! "The stay was comfortable and relaxing with cozy rooms and various amenities. However, the timings for pool usage could have been extended beyond 7pm to benefit business travellers. The food offered under cuisine was good, but intercontinental cuisine could have been improved. I found tge food priced a little over the higher end. "Everything was great at this hotel. Staff service including the wonderful staff at reception (Pradeep and the pretty girl whose name I forget) Restaurant on 10th floor was amazing. Great views, food quality was amazing.. Rooms were modern and very clean.. something that is not easy to achieve in India Could be better Transparency around non availability of non-veg options.. my daughter was initially disappointed.. but needed up loving all veg options.
