Also had no chair on my balcony and others had chairs and table. I paid same price gift courtyard or balcony and mgr acted like he was doing me favor when hotel was not close to having all sold out. He never told me my balcony was smaller than others and let me find out in my own vs tell me in advance. Terrible. Also - coffee maker should be in each room for hotel of ghus caliber. Chairs in courtyard super uncomfortable. Very deep and backrest too low to sit comfortably."
