"We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Key Bank Arena. We were in Buffalo for the Journey Concert and it was so easy to walk to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was okay - strange entrance into the building which also housed other businesses and we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs to get to the check-in desk (from the parking lot). Very plain hotel, sterile. Check-in staff was great."

"No parking available. Garage for $9/day. Hotel staff noted street parking available but couldn't give cost estimate. Only ONE half-used roll of toilet paper provided in room for 4-person occupancy. Towel hook came off wall and hit me in ankle upon use. Room stayed muggy and humid despite efforts to cool. Entered breakfast area at 9:30am and coffee was completely empty. All entrees also empty. "The room was clean. The staff at the reception were friendly and did all they can do to make sure that’ll your requests are attended to. The breakfast, though basic was enough to start your day on a positive note: scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, tea, coffee, fresh fruits, juices, waffles, hash browns, muffins, toasts, bagels etc. The place is walking distance to downtown & several restaurants. Would recommend the wings @ Gabriel Gate’s. Give Best Western 10 out of ten."

"There isnt a,whole lot of amenities for offer there. The staff was great. House keeping came by the room early and we weren't ready to go out. I asked the housekeeper if they could come back. She said she will try but never made an attempt to come back. That was no biggie. There is no breakfast included. I even got breakfast with my stay at a,Hilton in nyc. No complimentary coffee offered in the lobby. That is a,basic hotel offering."

"The major pros : location - steps from Allentown gay village . Free outdoor parking . Charming hotel reminds me of being in an old fashioned movie. If you want modern etc don’t book here but if you’re after charm go for it. This hotel is kind of like an old apartment building but it’s a place to sleep and recoup."

"No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again."
