"We came to Buffalo for the Falls; and enjoying the city. The bed and breakfast was an “add on” to the experience. Buffalo Harmony House MADE the experience. We plan to stay again when we’re back later this year for a Patriots game. LOVE the hosts and the staff. They made it amazing for us! Breakfast was TOP TIER!"

"There's no parking lot or parking garage around the hotel. You either choose valet parking or park yourself at the garage with a fee one block away."

"Rooms are very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Have free breakfast from 7am to 10am and a wide selection. Couldn't ask for a better stay."

"Location is very good and walkable to lots of good restaurants. In my case the downtown hotels were very expensive so the guesthouse seemed like a good deal in comparison. As long as you have expectations in check (it's a kitschy if not sort of an odd property) then I think it's a very solid choice. We found it to be clean and the staff tried very hard. My son was a little taken aback by it and didn't love the boarded up / semi burned building next door... That said it seemed like a safe...

"No on-site parking available - had to park at a public parking lot at an additional cost. Room was ok, but we didn’t have enough towels and the phones in the room didn’t work properly, unable to contact housekeeping or guest services. The sofa bed was uneven, with the feet portion being higher than the head section and the mattress was too soft. Huge plus was the continental breakfast available in the morning."

"This hotel is pretty good. Room was clean, if uninspiring. Staff were friendly and quick. For the price it would be nice to have waters, coffee in the morning, and breakfast included. Nickel and diming us for water and coffee is nuts."

"This historic property is filled with art deco touches. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, soft towels. We were disappointed that there is no on site food option, particularly for breakfast."

"Desk manager was very hands on and helpful locating my towed car. Much appreciated. The breakfast was awful and overpriced."

"It’s an older building, and you can tell. The elevator scared me, the doors didn’t want to close at one point and the noise was a bit unnerving. The rooms were clean but didn’t feel like a hotel, more like a one room apartment building. Not somewhere I would feel comfortable going again."

"There isnt anyone working at the front desk, seems to be no staff on site but they are accessible by phone/text. Only 6 parking spots for all of the hotel. We had to park on the street since its first come first serve "

"Renovation of the property will be an extensive development, but what is done is a nice boutique hotel & when complete will be a destination to behold."
