"Unfortunately we did not have a private pool room for our last nite. The room we moved to had a foul AC milling in the shower and no water pressure. Staff were wonderful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again"

"Room and location were good - we had the end unit facing the street and Parking lot so it was never dark at night. Should consider black out shades for this room. A/C unit is super loud as well - didn't sleep very well all three nights. Otherwise the location is on the quieter side of Duval Street which I appreciated."

"There is no pool its under construction. Outside looks a little run down but our room looked updated and clean. free parking but not many other amenities. Not to far of a walk from the southern most point but if your looking for most of the main party bars on duval its in the opposite end, far walk. Not a bad property for the price. "

"Very nice property, great location, right near the beach(which is rare in Key West). Our only issue was the housekeeping services. We took the privacy sign off the door and were expecting to get the room cleaned while we were gone for the whole morning. Usually, thats when the cleaning is done. We returned in the afternoon, room wasn't clean. Had to to contact the front desk to have the room cleaned. Also, our VIP status included a bottle of wine, which was offered to us during check-in time but was never given to us. Other than that, we loved staying at this resort. Would definitely recommend it to others."

"Perfect for an anniversary get away. We stayed in room 11, which is on the first floor and has its own private patio. The patio was perfect to enjoy our morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, or kicking back to relax and read a book out of the sun during the day. They sell a small selection of wine in the front office, which was a treat our first night after a long day of travel. The bed was comfy and the room very clean. The location was within walking distance to every place we wanted to go, but they did have golf cart rentals if you weren’t up for the walk. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Key West. "
