"Best bathroom I’ve encountered in my travels - the deep soaking tub and extra large shower with 3 separate areas with shower heads were divine! Beach was beautiful and the food was very good. Consistently had decent eating options as a plant based diner. Highly recommend!"

"Staff were rude and very unhelpful and that was if you could find someone. Power was out on occasions which made the rooms miserable. Elevators did not work WiFi was offline constantly. our room flooded and no one helped to clean up the water. It flooded due to shower problems. the food had no flavor or it was cold. We also were expected to carry our own bags to our room and from our rooms with no help to be an all-inclusive resort. It was not at all. There was a charge for everything and this was not described. "The beach is absolutely the best part of this resort. The water, sand, and overall setting are beautiful, and the main reason I’d consider returning. Captain Sheldon was also a major highlight and gave us one of the most genuine, memorable experiences of the trip. Unfortunately, the resort itself did not live up to the “Gourmet Inclusive” or luxury branding for us. The food was disappointing and repetitive, and the service was inconsistent. While some staff members genuinely cared, concerns often felt passed around without real follow-through. Carlos from restaurant management deserves real credit for listening and making sincere efforts to improve our experience. However, the overall management response felt lacking, and I did not feel our concerns were handled with the level of care expected from a resort at this level. The photography experience was also disappointing. While the photographer was talented, the communication felt overly pressured, including being told the photos could be deleted within 24 hours. The editing quality also did not meet expectations, and raw images were not provided. Overall: a beautiful beach and a few standout staff members, but the food, consistency, management follow-through, and photography experience fell short of what we expected from this property. I would return for the beach, not for the resort experience itself."

"The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean. This resort is not on the beach you'll get access to the beach across the street. Not your typical all-inclusive atmosphere, more like a bed and breakfast with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Only has one pool and it's very small. Not much to do on the property. We spent 3 nights 4 days and I was ready to leave at the end of the second day. This place is for folks who plan to do most their fun activities outside the hotel"

"You better have cash when visiting this resort because the fees they charge at the restaurant, bar, and spa are something I’ve never seen before. Ridiculous. At the bar, they actually measure every shot when making drinks, which is just bad form in my opinion. Security is very tight, thanks to Johnson. The rooms are dated, and some of the outlets in my room didn’t even work."
