1. B&B Daya
B&B DayaKessel-Lo
9.6 daripada 10, Luar biasa, (74 ulasan)
"A lovely little B&B, which is handy for the station at Leuven and about 15mins walk into the centre. The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Daya, the host prepares breakfast each morning and leaves everything for the guests to help themselves to, e.g. pancakes, yoghurt and fruit, eggs, bread rolls.
The room on the top floor could do with a blind in the velux window and it would be good if the window vent could be closed as the streets are...

"Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la partie historique. Il est voisin de la Gare Centrale et à 15 minutes à pied du grote markt. Le stationnement sous-terrain donne un accès direct à la,hôtel. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et confortables. Le hall de l’hôtel offre des places assises et on peut y prendre un verre tranquillement pour l’apéro ou au retour de nos visites."

"The room was perfectly serviceable and comfortable, clean and quiet. It was showing some surprising wear and tear in places however - scuffs and marks to furniture, torn carpet etc. Two of the three (very small) elevators were out of order when I stayed, and the one remaining lift insisted on stopping at every floor on the way down, making for a slow and squeezy departure!"

"Location is very good.
It's close to the brussels central station and several tourists spot.
There is no lift. Stairs are steep and narrow. If you are not fit or carry large suitcase ,take it in consideration."

"The night staff was terrible. From 11pm to …We came as a big family for a funeral in Bruxelles( 6 Rooms). We wanted to use the part of the lobby to meet and talk about the plan for the ceremonies. We had no problem with all the other shifts from the morning to early evening but when the night staff came on, they were rude and disrespectful to us. I think they need training on customer service and communication. or all together a career change especially for one of them( the shorter one)I said a...

"The hotel is next to place central and walking distance to all the key sites. The hotel was spotlessly clean with free bottled water and Belgian biscuits in the room. The breakfast was lovely but it is à la carte which means limited choice. The pancakes with maple syrup though were very good. The cafe on the ground floor is very busy all day with locals but this adds to the ambience. I would recommend this hotel."
