"very nice, clean hotel that is conveniently located to rail systems and other transit to see the highlights around Naha and Okinawa. Food and shopping within walking distance. Nice well stocked 24 hour convenience store."

"I normally like giving 5 stars but I subtract one because the staff did their job, followed their rules but didn’t seem available for anything beyond that. Personally, I’d subtract a star just for the fact there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. To me, this is standard and the effort it would take to provide so very, very low. It’s a poor decision Other than these mild complaints though, the hotel is a relative good value, in an excellent location and with large enough and quiet rooms....
