"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Hotel Sapphire. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with excellent amenities throughout. The bathroom was spotless and looked amazing, with a great shower and very clean facilities. As a traveler from Canada, I was particularly impressed by the level of cleanliness and overall quality. "Amazing view of the ocean and beach from the room. Staff was very healthful even when the AC unit had to be replaced, which was somewhat of an inconvenience. However, the atmosphere, beach views and access, the amazing food, and the helpful staff made up for any issues. I wish that they had a system to charge amenities and food to the room to pay all at the end of the stay, but overall loved my stay."

"The staff was amazing throughout our stay. The buffet had plenty of choices and the staff at the restaurant was very attentive to our needs. The pools are well maintained although the closing time for the pools seems to be a bit early, I believe they close the pools at 6 pm. This would be the only soft complain about our stay. We have been there in the past and they seem to keep up the good work and customer service."

"First and foremost I would like to thank Lucy and her team for an excellent stay! We faced some challenges, however Lucy went out of her way to ensure all was up to par and truly made it seamless! The resort was absolutely stunning! The staff made it feel like home and Lucu was the cherry on top! Due to her, our trip was incredible and I cannot thank her and the team enough! "Had a great stay. The resort is in a perfect location - close of the hub of Diani. Lots to do at the resort, even on a rainy day. Perfect for walking on the beautiful white-sand beach, swimming, exploring or relaxing. We selected this hotel as it allowed three of us to stay in one room with a king and queen bed. Food was great - especially the breakfast. Plenty of choices."
