"This was a complete mess. To start, they forgot about our reservation and had to put us in a temporary room for two days. During this time, there was a blackout that no one thought to update us on. Honestly, that temporary room was the best part of the stay. Our official room had a roach infestation and, when I told the host, he had a fumigation company come and spray while our bags were in there (of course, this ended up with roaches running into one of our bags). Wanted me to pay more and when i sent them a screenshot of the booking they said my rooms is not available and put me and my family in a smaller room and i had to pay cash/mpesa to even get in. Rip off. Stay away from them. They haven't even refunded my money so i apid twice. I can see the person online on Whatsapp and when i call they don't pick up calls. They Are Scammers Beware. "
