"Upon arriving to our room, we noticed that the a/c wasnt working. Maintenence came right away, determined that it couldn't be repaired. We were promptly given a new room. We appreciated their cooperation."

My issue was that we spent 5 nights there and our trash was never emptied and that we had to either go get towels or ask for them to be brought to our room. Their policy is that they clean/change sheets after a 3 night stay but we never had that. Also, their "hot" breakfast consisted of egg patties and microwaved sausage. They did have plenty cereal and muffins as well as milk, coffee, and juices. "

That was very frustrating, and we wasted time looking for programs that interested us. The first day we scanned the channels and most of the programs showed violence and other things that we would not watch. Why don't you offer any PBS channels?
