"Good: First off this apartment is super convenient to convention center and beach. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk. The owner/manager was pretty communicative and tried to help out issues that arose during our stay. It was clean and smelled pleasant. Bad: Not handicap accessible as a former handicap person it's something I pay attention to. The toilet is oriented in such a way that is hard to get on to this was a complaint everyone in the house had. The beds meh. The sun porch is...

"This is a reasonably-priced apartment for a family with dogs. The owner is very friendly and the accommodations themselves are old-fashioned but revamped and cute, close to the beach and boardwalk. Just wished it was a tich cleaner."

"We had a wonderful stay at this shore rental. The place was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location couldn’t be better, just a short and easy walk to the beach. Louie and his wife were incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was not ready when we got there. Then when I asked the cleaning people if we could leave an extra hour late. They told me no that they have to clean before the next tenant get there. But they didn't show up the day to clean my place until 330. Not being done till 430 close to five. Losing an hour and a half hard time but not getting up back to the day we left. Also lost power Saturday night in the middle of cooking dinner for several hours. Not their fault but quite common in the area."

"The condo was cozy, clean and well equipped. People were friendly and asked of we were okay. Just one neighbor thought it was a good weekend to start doing some repairs early in the morning and throughout the afternoon. Kept to himself and had a very nice dog. The location is great but very busy and noisy during holidays and evenings. Cars with open headers and loud music not our style. "
