"Refrigerator wasn't working when we arrived. The staff never fixed it and we were stuck one whole day and night without refrigeration for our food (for 12 people). They refused to bring us a big cooler or ice that day and night. When they came with another used refrigerator they wouldn't take the old one away and wanted to leave it sitting in the small kitchen. I refused that option so they put in on the deck which was small as well. Couldn't swim in the pool. It was over chorinated...
