"Lovely comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel staff friendly and professional. made us aware of events in the hotel(Christmas Party) but put us in a quiet room away from any disturbance. Breakfast ,buffet style and topped up constantly by staff. Would like to have been offered tea rather than find staff to get tea but it wasn't a problem and staff happily got a pot of tea for us. Would recommend staying at this hotel, lovely grounds and building."

"Great hotel about a 10 minute walk AFTER you get off the elevator from the trains or getting luggage …. Great staff super helpful! I’d def suggest upgrading to the superior rooms … I had a standard one at 1st its pretty bare bones :( Superior room for a small fee more is a fridge and nicer room almost like a Hilton …. Only flaw was cleaning staff was so rude to me. The blond on floor 7 on 11/20/25… I’m mixed race and was blow drying my hair and it can make a smell the heat on thicker hair and she made the nastiest face and asked me what that was and was super rude after that as well… Don’t appreciate that kind of treatment as I can’t help heat smell on my kinda hair …. other than that, this hotel is GREAT xxxxxxx"
