Staff were very friendly and helpful except for someone named Bella, i dealt with her maybe 3 times and she was very rude, not helpful at all. Every time i asked her for help she said she would do it, but did absolutely nothing. All the other staff were very good though. Pritchards hotel 2 thumbs up except for Bella!!"

"Die Unterkunft Quest Liverpool war sehr gut gelegen, nur einige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Liverpool entfernt. Das Zimmer war groß, hatte eine top ausgestattete Küche und es war sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights during our trip to Sydney. The check in was smooth & the room was pretty spacious equipped with a large fridge & microwave. The place is close to all amenities & about half hour drive to the city. Dont think there are any elevators which was not an issue for us but could be for people with mobility concerns. Overall, a comfortable stay."

"The giversen early check-in so we could store all of our luggage exclamation mark the only problem was that they did not have the amenities open that we were hoping for since it was school holidays."

"We had a wonderful stay for two nights. The room was very comfortable and beautifully maintained. The shower was a highlight — it felt just like a relaxing waterfall experience. A big plus for us was the EV charging facility in the parking area. Since we have an electric vehicle, being able to charge it every night without any issues made our stay even more convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, amenities, and EV-friendly facilities. Would definitely stay again!...
