"Everywhere we went inside the premises smelt of stale cigarette smoke like an old ashtray is laying around amongst some strange spicy sweet scent! The pool should be heated snc is way small and they could go with a heated hot tub! Don’t think this will be on our top 10 and I was also overcharged "

"Nice clean snug room, plenty of parking which is supervised until 3am each day. Nice bar and pleasant staff. Great location, supermarket and restaurants very close to accommodation. "

"Loved the feel of the hotel. Felt luxurious and loved the design features in bedrooms. Immaculately clean and common areas of the hotel were well maintained. Loved the pool area and gym etc. Was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and to see the horses all out exercising. Had a lovely breakfast overlooking the track. Easy check in and parking etc Nice comfy beds. Really struggled with the bathroom set up,looks nice design wise but not practical at all. Travelled with my teenage daughter...

"We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room. We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay. The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned. Proceed with caution..."

"Everything was fine except the fire alarm going off at 7:30am and most of the breakfast items were very old and some fruit rotten. Breakfast wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. I recommend eating elsewhere if you stay at this hotel."

"The size of the room was big and clean. There was a mini freezer. There was also a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. The location was close to train station and National Park and it was very convenient and easy access to local restaurants and shops within walking distance. We stayed there to visit our friends who came from Jakarta."

"The location is great...just a few minutes walk to Westfield Parramatta, restaurants and the train and bus station. The breakfast buffet is good...the pastries are to die for, there's an abundance of fruits, the miso soup and kimchi are yum, the rice and the noodles can be improved though. Vee livens up the day, every day with a sincere welcome."
