Everywhere we went inside the premises smelt of stale cigarette smoke like an old ashtray is laying around amongst some strange spicy sweet scent! The pool should be heated snc is way small and they could go with a heated hot tub! Don’t think this will be on our top 10 and I was also overcharged

The room is very comfortable with noise reduction and variable light settings and modern bathrooms. Staff is highly professional. I just love the convenience of late night bars and bistro to enjoy a beer at ground floor to catch up with old friends while the kids are asleep without having to leave them far behind.

Everything for our stay was perfect, the suite was well designed and very comfortable. Facilities and access to the club were amazing. We loved the bar and pool.
The breakfast was ok but there were teething problems with staff and food, not quite organised but early days. The restaurant had an awkward access into the seating area and chairs seemed too large for the space, especially for breakfast. The paper table cloths were not a good environmental decision and looked cheap, leave the nice table tops free, easy to wipe down and much more stylish!

There needs to be somewhere to place your soap when showering. The shelf is at the other end of the cubical. No toilet brush. The window was filthy. When other guest close their door the wall shakes and the vibration goes through the bed. On a good note, the staff were awesome. They were prepared to go the extra mile. The room was clean. Just teething problems

Clean and good in the first day. The room was not properly cared in following days. Some consumables were not replenished. Milk, towels, coffee missed a few times. The safe did not work. It was fixed a day after check in.

We had a problem with first night TV not working and fridge not working and booking four four people only 2 towels. They moved us to another room room the room service on one day left no toilet paper . Next day didn't leave towels for for all guest didn't vacuum and on one bed pull and made top sheet but lower sheet was made with sheet at feet still. Restaurants staff and front of house staff where all great but still work and training is needed

The room itself was clean, However, there were a few issues that affected the stay. The fire alarm went off three times in the early hours (around 4am, 5am, and 6am), which was very disruptive, and the announcements were unclear, so it was hard to know what was actually happening.
The fridge was empty, with only a small bottle of milk, which felt a bit underwhelming. I also noticed the shower drainage was already showing rust, and the sink had sticker residue left on it. The door to the room also couldn’t fully open and kept scraping the floor, which was inconvenient. For a brand-new building, it felt like the construction and finishing were rushed, which was disappointing given the expectations.
Overall, it has potential and the room was clean, but maintenance, finishing, and communication during incidents definitely need improvement.

We enjoyed our stay here, we'll definitely come back! Staff are great and very friendly. I just wish the pool is heated. But apart from that. We had the best time.

I almost wasn’t going to write a review but feel people should be aware that the property is not at all ready, especially not for guests with small children.
During our short stay the shower caddy carrying shampoo/conditioner/shower gel fell onto my toddler (thankfully he was ok). I noticed it was stuck to the wall with double sided tape and not properly secured! Tape in a wet area??! Then on our 3rd and final day, my son stepped on a nail poking out of the carpet! Maintenance was sent to examine and not only did he pull out the rusty nail, he ran his fingers across and found multiple nails. The room needed to be closed off. I cannot begin to explain how worried I was for my child!
Both general manager and front desk manager were made aware and simply put it down to ‘just being open a week’ when both issues are highly dangerous. Does public safety not trump a deadline to open a hotel?Serious issues need to be addressed and I would not recommend right now…
