"A once nice hotel gone to seed. Toilet didn't flush properly and was very noisy when refilling, no hot water, breakfast I paid extra for never arrived (lockdown conditions dictate room service), no electric kettle in room, AC struggled to cool room at lowest setting and the Wifi was very slow with frequent disconnects. "
