"Amazing, the best place I have stayed EVER. The cost of the stay is worth the value. The check-in was seamless, the staff was so friendly and amicable. "Slight hiccup initially of getting a room with car park view instead of a lake view room which I had booked and paid for in advance. But they changed the room on the second day of my stay (I stayed there for 3 nights in total). Food is good and the onsen was nice too . I also tried the private onsen which had a view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. The observatory on the roof top has a great view of the lake and Mount Fuji, which was nice "

"The hotel was so beautiful and the attention to detail was great. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything. They also spoke English. We were given yukatas to wear and they were really pretty. The food was amazing, everything was really fresh. The in room bath had amazing views to Mt. Fuji and was relaxing. "I loved the bath. It was so hot and steamy. The traditional Japanese rooms were exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Japan. As we were leaving, the sweet host gave us hot tea to warm our hands on our cold walk to the bud station. When I got to the bus the station, I realized I left my hat. "About a 20 minute walk from Mt. Fuji station, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. There are buses throughout the area running every 20-30 minutes. It's very much a suburb/rural area.
