"Rooms were super cute. The staff were amazing everyone was friendly. It’s a great introduction to Japan if you’re a foreign. Some of the workers spoke English and there’s English directions all throughout the building "

"We love the location, the staff, and the decent sized rooms here - we’ve tried a few other places in Fukuoka, but this is the hotel we end up coming back to "
"- location very near to subway stations
- many shopping malls nearby
- taking an Uber to the airport was $20 USD
- AC is cold
- rooms are a little larger as compared to a typical Japanese hotel
- although the breakfast is good, it gets monotonous after the third day. The menu did not change.
- many eating places close by
- Internet is sufficient. Sometimes it was glitchy.
- rooms are clean
- some of the front desk staff could speak English very well
- I would stay there again if staying in Fukuoka "
"Great hotel with an amazing location. Has a really fun atmosphere, with free happy hour drinks every evening, good music playing in the lobby, and a free Photo Booth. The room was comfortable, and as a bonus, the fan was really strong and I was able to hang dry my laundry in just a few hours. Only negative was that the room was quite dusty in spots, particularly beside the bed."
"I love their bathroom, the best one in Japan so far for me. The layout is just right. Water pressure is crazy good.
The bedroom is quiet and has everything you need. They give you a new pajama everyday. Breakfast is awesome. Never get too crowded. I love their salad which is always fresh and grilled pork loin which is cooked in charcoal oven. Yummm. Public hot tub is a plus and I used it every night."
"Excellent hotel for family travelers. The staff are very helpful, and the location is perfect for accessing various areas in Fukuoka. The room is spacious and super clean."
"Great location and staff are always friendly. Good there is a working space if you need to get some work done. Location is great as the main street in tenjin is just one block away. "
