Airport transport is provided if you stay multiple nights and they respond to all questions in a timely manner. "Just a one night stay for transiting Couldn’t get into the first room allocated due to the security bolt being on … staff tried to get us in but then decided they needed to call an engineer ton fix it and asked us to wait.
