"The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am. "The property was in a quiet location just south of Kona downtown. Within 1.5 miles of Kona downtown and multiple eating options. We did not enjoy the parking! Depending on where you parked in the same parking lot (under the Blue signs or under the Black signs ) you either had 90 minutes free with validation of parking at a restaurant or a 50% off QRS Code which was $7.49 for 1 hour at a restaurant with the 50% QRS Code! Ridiculous! Because of Parking alone, it is most likely our LAST trip...
