"The room was decorated very nicely with quite a decent amount of space. They would give free soba noodles from 9:30-11:00pm and free drinks,soda and coffee. The onsen was very crowded with people. You could get complimentary ice cream at night and Yakut in the morning. Also, parking was relatively limited"

"The hotel is near to the train and bus station. Next to the hotel is the shopping centre. Opposite the hotel has McDonald. The best thing is the hotel is very big and comfort."

"昨年から2度目の滞在。価格とお部屋やお料理、サービスのバランスもよく、外国人観光客からの人気も高まる中で、日本人観光客にとっても価格に見合った、もしくはそれ以上の安らぎの時間を提供していただきました。お料理は日によって選べるすき焼きとしゃぶしゃぶの夕飯と、和食と洋食から選べる朝食付き。ベランダには露天風呂がついている和室で、大きめのベッド２つがついており、部屋だけでものんびり滞在しやすい仕様になっています。ホテルが提供する旅館としての強みをフルに発揮されており、和洋折衷のバランス感覚が随所に光っていると思います。大浴場など一部年季の入った設備もありますが、手入れの行き届いた施設です。何よりスタッフの方々の感じがよく、男性スタッフも柔らかい対応の方も多く、長く働かれている女性スタッフの方もいることで、安心感と信頼性が高まっています。また、機会を見て再訪したいと思います。"

"Gorgeous! So serene and feels rural even though its steps from the cable car stop. The room was really large, and of course the main attraction is the private on-porch onsen. I made the most of the hot spring, and I couldn’t get over the view from the dining room! "Some of my highlights of this stay were the view, the location, the food, and the service! Those components made for a wonderful stay in Hakone. However, I felt that the room and the hotel seem a bit outdated as a lot of the cabinets were chilling, and there was no air conditioning during our stay.
