"My husband and myself stayed for 3 nights. The hotel and room was very clean and nice.
Our room was located on the side where the tracks were located so we did here the train go by every 10 or 25 minutes. We were glad they didn’t have to blow a horn.
Hot water was dispersed very quickly to the 11th floor. We didn’t have to wait long at all. It was strange there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom but we had access to a mini fridge and microwave. TV channels were okay. The hotel was fairly close to the mall and the LDS temple square so walking wasn’t a problem.
The restaurant was nice, on the upper end of cost, but very filling. We ate our breakfast there.
I wouldn’t mind staying there again. "
"Property was close to many things downtown and parking was great. Bed was super comfortable but the rooms are tiny and dated. Attempts to modernize are not done well. Elevator was sketchy! The tub faucet was not connected to the shower wall. Coffee maker did not work and we were ignored when we tried to ask the front desk for a new one. Pics on website are way nicer than real life! Will not book again. "
"Upon arrival, our room had a used toothbrush on the sink and food in the refrigerator (ewww!) - there is NO safe in the room (or any rooms according to the very snarky woman at the front desk) - the entire building was down to ONE elevator for over 24 hours which was a nightmare (20 minute wait each ride) - our pretty room balcony with chairs was sealed shut to prevent use, and the restaurant was WAY under-staffed for the breakfast shift (annoyingly long line to wait for one of the MANY open tables since most people opted for the buffet)."
