"The modern hotel itself is a great facility set in a modern library setting with a variety of interesting books free to peruse. The two outstanding problems with this hotel are (1) access by public transportation is very limited, forcing the guests to hire a taxi to convenient nearby train stations such as Tokorozawa station costing 2,400-2,600 yen each way, and (2) the breakfast purchased optionally is practically the same throughout your stay—three different kinds of sandwiches. "Location was very convenient and lively especially at night. Room was clean and the AC was strong. We faced the side with the trains but slept fine as we aren’t light sleepers. The view of the city was great from our 16th floor window as well! Loved the hotel scent in all the common areas. "
"People complain that the rooms are small but it is not hidden that these rooms are designed for sleep and go only. The rooms are very clean and so are the halls and facilities. Staff are friendly and daily service was great. There is an onsen also and one of us had tattoos for which the hotel provided free cover up stickers. "
