"Virtual check in didn’t work, parking instructions are lacking, overall difficult check in/check out experience. Got stuck in parking garage when trying to leave. The room/property are great, but will not be going back due to the “Virtual Front Desk” experience, could not make it work, but luckily there was some staff onsite to check us in. Note that staff is only available during short times during the day/ night. Staff themselves were great."
