"Front desk service for check in and out was terrific. Well done. The staff in the bar was ok but the manager serving the area was rude asking to confirm full name and room before serving. Furthermore, after signing the bill I was chased down the hall to again, confirm I had signed the bill. Simply, rude."

"This property was located central in Katoomba with easy access to buses and the train. It also had numerous places to eat within walking distance, plus one right next door. There were 3 supermarkets nearby, including one across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful and even offered to change rooms, if we could not manage the stairs. The room was a great size with modern bathroom, a microwave and fridge, some crockery and cutlery, enough to make breakfast. The air conditioning was...

"had a fantastic long weekend at the Echoes for our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff were lovely; the place is amazing; we had a great time, and th restuarnt was excellent as well."
